If on an order on which you return an item, you have received free or reduced shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund that you got.

Exchanges / Refund Terms Regarding Returns
Tell us within 48 hours of receiving your order if your orders arrive damaged. Leave both original and shipping boxes as they are. Whatever you prefer, we’ll give you another piece or rebate your money. Please note that blue pottery is handmade and broken, it can break or harm, but we guarantee that the highest quality of goods and packaging will be delivered. Both these terms and conditions shall apply to all goods of “ORM Handicraft.”
If you are not happy for any cause with your order, “ORM Handicraft” shall, under the following terms, give exchanges, refunds, and refund:
- Within seven days of the date of delivery, the product is returned to us.

- Exchanges only for in-stock products are available
